Spectrum Transport is on the lookout for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team at our Ingleburn depot, Southwest of Sydney.

The Role As a valued member of our team, you'll have the chance to grow your skills in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
In the role of Customer Service Administrator , you will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations at our depot.
Your key responsibilities will include : Invoicing and general administration dutiesTracking freight and inputting proof of deliveries (PODs)Data entryResponding to customer service enquiries via phone and emailCross-checking deliveries and ensuring accuracyReceive and enter customer warehouse ordersBooking consignments and responding to customer requestsAbout You To excel in this role, you'll have at least 2 years of customer service experience , ideally in transport, logistics, or delivery services.
