Spectrum Transport is on the lookout for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team at our Ingleburn depot, Southwest of Sydney.

The Role
As a valued member of our team, you'll have the chance to grow your skills in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
In the role of Customer Service Administrator , you will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations at our depot.

Your key responsibilities will include :
Invoicing and general administration duties Tracking freight and inputting proof of deliveries (PODs) Data entry Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and email Cross-checking deliveries and ensuring accuracy Receive and enter customer warehouse orders Booking consignments and responding to customer requests About You
To excel in this role, you'll have at least 2 years of customer service experience , ideally in transport, logistics, or delivery services.

Strong planning and communication skills A solid work ethic and a Can do attitude Experience with Office 365 The ability to work independently and as part of a team Receive and act on any customer requests in a timely and efficient manner Benefits
