Position:
Due to the growth of the business, there is now an opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join the team.
This role has many responsibilities, with a strong focus on sales management as you will be managing 2 Account Managers, ensuring they are performing and on target, maintaining existing relationships with major retail accounts, and assisting account managers with required sales training when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
Representing a diverse range of diamond & fine jewellery.
Sales management and training.
Quoting for major retail clients.
Promoting the business off premises and direct to retailers.
Having an impeccable follow-up process.
Converting sales and meeting KPIs.
Regular interstate travel for staff meetings and major accounts meetings.
Benefits:
Up to $120k Salary + Car Allowance + Super + Commissions.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic National Sales Manager with demonstrated wholesale jewellery or watch sales experience into retail.
