Position: Due to the growth of the business, there is now an opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join the team.
This is a role with many responsibilities, there is a strong focus on sales management as you will be managing 2 Account Managers and ensuring they are performing and on target, maintain existing relationships with major retail accounts and assist account managers with required sales training when necessary.
The main responsibilities will be: Representing a diverse range of diamond & fine jewellery.
Sales management and training.
Quoting for major retail clients.
Promoting the business off premises and direct to retailers.
Having an impeccable follow up process.
Convert sales and meet KPI's.
Regular interstate travel for staff meetings and major accounts meetings.
Benefits: Up to $120k Salary + Car Allowance + Super + Commissions.
