About the Role The National Sales Manager is a critical, newly created leadership role with overarching responsibility for developing a new sales function that will ultimately empower and support the performance of our Haematology business.
In addition to building, coaching, and inspiring a national Haematology specialty team, you will be accountable for:
Working with your team to drive an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers.Developing and executing a cross-functional business plan aligned to brand strategy.Driving a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvement.Keeping up to date on developments in the respective therapeutic areas.About you To be successful, you will be an experienced sales leader from within the pharmaceutical space, with experience in tactical implementation of brand strategy executed through an aligned team.
You will be a superior motivator, communicator, and team builder.
You will bring:
A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education.Ideally, Haematology/Oncology experience.Excellent business acumen with strong business planning capabilities.Effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people.Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution.Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.Why join us?
