It's about going the extra mile, in the air and on the ground, to create authentic experiences that put our guests firmly at the heart of everything we do.About the role:Based out of the Virgin Australia HQ in South Brisbane, the Strategy and Insights Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and championing data-driven insights across Virgin Australia by assisting the Airline Partnerships team in maximizing value creation across all activities.Furthermore, you will support the Airline Partnerships Team and other internal stakeholders with analysis and insights to ensure that team activities are positioned to maximize value creation; budgeting and forecasting activities; and the identification and assessment of new partnership opportunities.In addition, you will:Diagnose trends and analyse insights, working with Airline Partnership Specialists to convert insights into actions.Manage reporting and dashboards across airline partnerships, building and maintaining reports.
Maintain close relationships with internal teams managing enterprise-level data sets and reporting infrastructure.Assist in preparing business cases to support recommendations to proceed with new alliance partners.
