As the IT Service Management Lead focused on Enerven, you'll play a critical role in ensuring IT services are delivered seamlessly to meet the changing needs of Enerven's growing business.You'll be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimizing service quality, and supporting Enerven's transition to standalone systems.In this role, you'll strategically oversee a hybrid IT model that integrates in-house resources, shared services, and external vendors focusing on value, efficiency, and continuous service delivery excellence.If you have a background in service management, vendor engagement, and a knack for aligning IT service delivery with business goals, this could be the position for you.Key Responsibilities Include:Lead selection, management, and oversight of external service providers, ensuring vendors deliver high-quality services aligned with Enerven's operational needs.Provide strategic support for Enerven's journey to independent systems, ensuring continuity of service and process excellence.Oversee daily IT operational service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal impact on operations.Proactively collaborate with internal teams, SAPN shared services, and external service providers to enhance IT service value and performance.Align IT services with Enerven's strategic goals, continually improving processes, tools, and platforms.What We Offer:Play a key role in driving technology innovation and efficiency at Enerven, directly contributing to business growth.A commitment to work-life balance with truly flexible working arrangements, a great team environment, and a career focus with development opportunities.12.5% superannuation (1% above current legislated employer contributions)Up to $900 in electricity reimbursements each year17.5% leave loading payable on annual leaveAutomatic coverage from SA Power Networks income protection schemePaid Primary Parental Leave (18 weeks) and Secondary Parental Leave (5 weeks)An industry-leading focus and reputation for safety and wellbeingAt SA Power Networks & Enerven, we're committed to not only growing our business but also nurturing talent.
