Internal Sales Support - ACL Industrial TechnologyACL Industrial Technology, a leading independent industrial supply company, is dedicated to eliminating supply chain frustrations with fast, easy, and hassle-free service.
We provide machinery, welding, safety, abrasives, and industrial products.We are seeking a full-time Internal Sales Support in Rockhampton.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries and managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
This role would also suit trades people looking for a change in career, getting off the tools and into an entry level sales position.
Boilermakers, Sheet Metal and Fitters are all urged to apply as well as people in the industrial sales market.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer service and sales inquiries, assist walk-in customers, and answer phone callsMaintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring safety and addressing issues promptlyManage smaller accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growthIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targetsComplete sales reporting requirements accurately in ACL systemsAttend daily sales huddles and follow ACL's sales processRequirementsRequired Skills:Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in B2B supplyFamiliarity with CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite experience is advantageous)Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a process-driven approachSales mindset with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customersAttention to detail and a friendly natureValues:Act with honest intentBe a learner, not a knowerEmbrace grit without egoServe with certaintyBuild connected communitiesBenefitsWhat's in It for You:Competitive salary packageBenefits include a vehicle, phone, and potential profit shareStandard hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibilitySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
