About the Role
As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber , you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance, proactive solutions, and minor project works across our client portfolio.
Your expertise will ensure minimal tenant disruption and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and specifications for hydraulic services.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Perform preventive maintenance on water, gas, sewer, and stormwater systems.
Respond to emergency plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, and gas issues.
Ensure compliance with WHS standards and contractual requirements, including client-specific workflows.
Install new plumbing fixtures and provide labour/material estimates for minor works.
Maintain accurate records, including job safety analysis and client documentation.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
Trade Qualification – Plumber and Drainer Licence (or gas fitting).
Contractor's Licence and valid Driver's Licence.
White Card and Working with Children Check.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience post apprenticeship in commercial plumbing maintenance.
Backflow and TMV certification.
Confined space, EWP, and working at heights certifications.
Knowledge of WHS, risk management, and quality assurance systems.
