It fuels our ambition to explore new ideas, make brave commitments and innovate better ways to meet the food and everyday needs of more than 24 million customers every week.What you'll doAs the Facilities Manager, you will be accountable for all maintenance, services and contract management for a defined cohort of stores, managing a team of internal technicians, proactive services team leaders, and external service providers.Responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a diverse team of technicians and facilities management professionals.End to end financial accountability for Facilities & Maintenance services in the designated group of stores.Deliver agreed Facilities, Proactive Services & Maintenance Strategies.Accountable for a safe site by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety, and undertaking routine health checks for compliance.What you'll bringA minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably with commercial supermarket experience.Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes.Strong leadership experience managing large and diverse teams in a multi-site environment.Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Experience or knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems is highly regarded.What you'll experienceOur Team Members are at the heart of everything we do.
