Full time$110,000 Inclusive of Super + Car AllowanceFull Job DescriptionIn this position you will assist a Senior Facilities Manager on the management of x6 large format retail assets in Sydney.Along with overseeing core facilities management duties and responsibilities for the entire portfolio, provide support for national and state-level initiatives as directed by the State Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage work orders daily within internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Support the coordination and oversight of service contractors.Collaborate with the Senior Facilities Manager to identify and address service failures, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance with local authority standards.Conduct routine building inspections as directed by the Senior Facilities Manager, reporting any issues or defects requiring attention.Develop proficiency in operating and maintaining the physical Key Control System, including issuing, receiving, and auditing keys annually when needed.Acquire skills to operate and monitor the Security Camera System to detect or review incidents as required.Assist the Facilities Team with planning, executing, and managing tenant engagement activities as necessary.Qualifications:Experience as a Facilities Administrator, Facilities Coordinator, or Assistant Facilities Manager.Ideally have retail FM experience.Strong customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on people management.Proficient in both written and verbal communication.Proven organizational skills with extensive experience in managing workflows effectively.Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.Demonstrated expertise in time management to meet deadlines consistently.Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, at an intermediate level.If this position is of interest, please submit a copy of your CV to discuss further.
