Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing using micropay Ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment standards Coordinating with Accounting & Finance department for accurate financial reporting Helping to implement efficient payroll systems and processes Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries Contributing to the development of payroll strategies A successful Senior Payroll Officer should have:
Proven experience in payroll management in the retail industry Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel skills Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail Strong leadership and teamwork skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities Job Offer
