Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:
Processing high-volume, end-to-end Payroll for all Companies (Australia & NZ) Processing new hires and terminations, including calculating final payments and issuing separation certificates Assisting with end of month reporting Managing and actioning emails in the Payroll inbox, some of which may require research and investigation Providing timesheet system support and training to all employees as required Maintaining employee personnel files and distributing various lists used by other parts of the business Assisting with Portable Long Service Leave and Redundancy scheme lodgements company-wide Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant
We are seeking experienced payroll candidates who have excellent communication skills.
Those who have worked in a high-volume environment will be looked upon favourably.
