Your key responsibilities will include:Developing, implementing, and maintaining WHS policies, procedures, and safety management plans to meet regulatory standardsConducting regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazardsLeading incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrencesTraining and supporting teams on WHS practices, promoting a proactive safety culture on-siteEnsuring compliance with local, state, and federal WHS regulations, as well as company-specific safety guidelinesThe Ideal PersonThe successful candidate will be a proactive, hands-on safety leader with:Proven experience in WHS management within the construction industryStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teamsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities for effective incident investigation and preventionA Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher qualifications in WHSSalary / RateFrom $150k + SuperHow to ApplyTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link.Alternatively, for a confidential discussion, please contact Oliver Hall on quoting ref no.
