The Role
The
Head of Supply Chain
will work closely with our Founders as we continue expanding our rapidly growing brand into global markets.
This pivotal role involves managing operational functions such as supplier and manufacturer relationships and inventory management while streamlining supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimising costs, and maintaining high-quality product offerings.
This position will drive initiatives to enhance our supplier network and cultivate relationships that align with our growth objectives.
Collaborating internally, the Head of Supply Chain will develop and implement strategies that support our business goals, enabling us to respond effectively to market demands.
Additionally, the role requires effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders to secure timely and cost-effective solutions.
The Person
Experience and Expertise:
A solid background in supply chain management, specifically within the supplements industry with a demonstrated successful history of scaling operations and managing global supply chain functions.
Strategic Leadership:
Proven ability to drive supply chain strategy alongside founders whilst building robust processes and teams in a fast paced, rapidly scaling e-commerce business.
Global Relationship Management:
Well established network of existing supplier relationships that can be leveraged to ensure a reliable and flexible supply chain in current and new markets whilst meeting the necessary certifications and quality standards.
Operational Efficiency and Agility:
Ready to hit the ground running, can adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs and has a focus on continuous improvement using data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance.
