Country Road Group (CRG) is embarking on transformation to position itself for growth, leveraging our scale, capabilities, and culture as a House of Brands. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created Head of Commercial Finance - Sourcing, Supply Chain (SSC) & Group Functions role will partner with the Chief Sourcing & Supply Officer to drive and support achievement of supply chain and sourcing financial and strategic targets through effective financial thought leadership, reporting, analysis, and insights.
Additionally, this role will lead and mentor a Finance Business Partner ensuring there is an effective and consistent business partnering approach across all SSC and group functions – People, IT, Legal & Risk.
Key Accountabilities Partner with the Supply Chain team to build OFC budgets, forecasts, and financial inputs for the Medium-Term Integrated Business Plan, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and efficiency targets.Manage OFC costs, providing Supply Chain stakeholders with in-depth reporting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities.Provide insights to drive cost efficiencies and unlock value creation initiatives across the supply chain.Provide financial leadership and commercial guidance for key Supply Chain & Sourcing strategic initiatives including input into business case development and other financial analysis as required.Embrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy, and optimism.Create & foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive and feel included, respected, and safe.
Set clear expectations of behaviour and hold self and others accountable.Key Capabilities Extensive finance business partnering experience, ideally within Supply Chain.Experience within a Retail setting highly desirable.Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical proficiency.Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to view and assess the broader business landscape.Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.Strong commercial acumen and business insight.Proficient in financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Why work for CRG?
