About the role The Head of Commercial Finance – Channels, is a newly created senior finance role, part of a strategic restructuring to bolster business partnering capabilities.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will support the General Managers of Retail, Wholesale, and Customer & Digital, delivering insights and financial guidance to elevate performance across channels.
With a focus on operational excellence will provide insightful commercial analysis, lead impactful reporting, manage budgeting and develop business cases, enabling GMs to meet their goals while simplifying workflows.
In this highly commercial position, you'll identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve financial analytics, and support data-driven decision-making.
Your work will directly contribute to CRG's strategic objectives, driving channel performance in a cost-focused, customer-centric environment.
About you In a position to commit to a 12 month plus Fixed Term Contract, you are an innovative and inquisitive, commercial finance leader and ideally retail specialist, with extensive finance business partnering experience.
Driven to support stakeholders in the delivery of operational excellence, you have an ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior stakeholders skilled in financial modelling, analysis and reporting, you excel in fast-paced, transformational environments and add-value by simplifying processes, providing valuable insights and collaborating effectively.
You have demonstrated leadership experience with a genuine commitment to team development and empowerment, a clear communication style, and proactive, solutions-oriented approach that aligns with CRG's dedication to excellence, innovation, and growth.
