Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created Head of Commercial Finance – Retail, Wholesale & Customer & Digital role, will partner with Retail, Wholesale, and C&D leaders to drive the achievement of financial targets across all channels by providing strategic financial leadership, comprehensive reporting, in-depth analysis, and actionable insights.
Key Accountabilities Act as a business partner to channel leaders, including the GM Retail, GM Business Development (Wholesale), and GM Customer & Digital (C&D), providing financial insights and support.
Lead the preparation, review, and benchmarking of all Channel P&Ls, delivering performance insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and partnering with GMs to drive financial success.
Review and benchmark Store P&L performance, partnering with the GM Retail and Heads of Retail Operations to identify opportunities for optimising store financial performance and developing action plans for improvement.
Lead the preparation of weekly labour reports, analysing trends, variances to budget, and benchmarking performance across stores.
Partner with the Real Estate team to provide financial leadership and input for store renewals, refurbishments, and new store business cases, while managing the occupancy budget.
Provide financial leadership and insights for Retail, Wholesale, and C&D projects and other financial analysis as required.

Set clear expectations of behaviour and hold self and others accountable Key Capabilities Extensive finance business partnering experience in a complex environment Experience within a Retail setting highly desirable Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical proficiency.
Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to view and assess the broader business landscape.
Advanced analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
Strong commercial acumen and business insight.
Proficient in financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
