The position driver is underwriting and servicing with a particular focus on developing broker relationships.Overview of this roleUnderwrite within company policy guidelines and maintain underwriting standards.Prepare portfolio performance reports and manage credit control.Ensure accurate and complete documentation in line with organizational guidelines.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize underwriting opportunities and meet operational targets.Build and maintain broker relationships through regular engagement and high-level customer service.Administer tasks efficiently and provide timely service responses.Drive business development by networking with brokers and identifying new opportunities.Manage portfolio performance, profitability, and develop long-term stakeholder relationships.
