About The Role:
Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring revenue integrity and operational excellence?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, providing oversight, supervision, and training to our Revenue Assurance Analysts.
You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Assurance Manager to develop and implement strategic objectives and frameworks, ensuring robust revenue assurance practices across CTM.
You will also have the opportunity to engage with Partner finance teams and assurance counterparts to facilitate understanding and ensure adherence to contractual and service level agreements.
By working closely with the respective Commercial Teams, Data and IT, as well as Finance and Reporting, you will generate insights and recommend improvements to key processes and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Assist the Revenue Assurance Manager in planning, developing, and implementing revenue assurance objectives.
Provide support, guidance, and training to Revenue Assurance staff.
Manage sprint plans, prioritise tasks, and handle escalations of issues.
Oversee key system, reporting, and data improvement initiatives.
Scope work requirements, including estimating effort and resources needed.
Utilise revenue assurance tools and systems to govern revenue and cost transactions effectively.
Develop and optimise existing controls to maximise revenue opportunities.
Document processes and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and enhanced.
Monitor systems and reports to ensure they perform as planned and designed.
Investigate data and Recipient-Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) anomalies.
Conduct detailed analysis of data trends, revenues, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with partner counterparts to address: RCTI errors and anomalies, Data discrepancies and anomalies.
Clarification of key terms and definitions and Delivery of exception reports and recoveries.
Collaborate closely with peers in the Commercial and Group Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce, or accounting.
3+ years' experience in financial services, ideally within medium to large organisations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Solid time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex workloads.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with governance protocols, reporting, and project management methodologies (highly regarded).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and skills (e.g., SQL, TM1, Cognos Reporting).
