In-store, you'll find a curated selection of quality, unique pieces, refreshed daily with new arrivals. We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Head Office teamAs Head of Retail & Training, you'll drive the performance and development of our store teams. Your role is to empower Store Managers, uphold operational excellence, and foster a positive, motivated culture. You'll be key in shaping our growth and ensuring a consistent, exceptional experience across all locations.The role is full-time and based in Melbourne and requires flexibility across five days per week. You will be working at our head office in Carlton North, remotely from home on occasion if desired. The role will also involve travel to Goodbyes stores nationwide as required.Key ResponsibilitiesYour areas of responsibility will include:Regular store visits to assess performance and ensure consistent service and representation.Lead and motivate Store Managers to meet KPIs and create a positive work environment.Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development, including performance management.Ensure operational efficiency and implement best practices across stores.Maintain high standards for customer service and product quality.Support community engagement, consignment services, and handle high-level enquiries.Assist with recruitment and resolve operational issues.Complete weekly reports, banking, and administrative tasks accurately.Help with launching new locations.Who you are2+ years in a similar role or retail management experience.Strong communication skills, accountability, and proactive leadership approach.Proficient with computers, including spreadsheets and task management software.Highly organised, motivated, and driven to exceed KPIs.Appreciation for fashion and intentional shopping.The annual salary for this role is $76,000 plus super + leave entitlements.If this sounds like you, come join the Goodbyes Head Office team and be a part of a dynamic and growing business.
