With a commitment to its people and expansion into new channels, an exciting future lies ahead.Responsible for an internationally recognised leading brand, as Head of Sales, you will lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth by managing relationships with our key retail partners. This role requires a visionary leader who can implement strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for:Driving strategic growth across major toy retailers, department stores, and independent channels, while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with key retail accounts, ensuring alignment between brand vision and objectives.Leading the implementation of promotional campaigns and product launches by developing strategic plans.Driving analytics of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.Tracking and reporting on sales performance.Collaborating with marketing and product development.Forging customer excellence.As an established Head of Sales with current experiences in managing leading retailers (with a specific background in the toys category), you will be known for:Developing and executing planograming and sound trading terms.Conducting category reviews and managing promotional programs.Possessing acute forecasting and customer demand planning competencies.Assisting with strategic planning to provide input into annual plans and future sales budgets.Your initiative, drive, hunger and resourcefulness will assist in shaping the future of this forward-thinking and entrepreneurial business and create succession planning opportunities.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Retail Account Manager?How many years' experience do you have with forecasting for businesses?Do you have experience in a sales role?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
