About the role: As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals seeking support for substance abuse and addiction.
Your role will involve providing comprehensive counselling services, empowering clients to overcome their challenges and embark on a path towards recovery.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering an environment of compassion, empathy, and understanding.Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in shaping positive outcomes for our clients and their families.About you: Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).Must hold a degree qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and supervised clinical experience that enables eligibility for Clinical Listing on the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia Inc (PACFA) National Register and/or registration at the minimum of level 3 within the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).Highly developed level of interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to relate to a broad range of people from all walks of life; negotiate and resolve conflict.Demonstrated ability to project a positive role model for residents and staff.Want To Know More?
