Role Description Based in our Sydney office and reporting directly into the Head of Marketing and Information, this role has been created to support the national organisation's significant current and forecasted growth.
You will be required to partner with senior stakeholders, develop and implement marketing and communications plans to build brand awareness and drive business development, whilst proactively supporting a high-performance culture by assisting in the delivery of internal and external communications and other marketing materials.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Writing thought leadership and industry focused articles Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver communications and marketing initiatives Developing and writing content for company websites and social media platforms Producing capability statements and corporate copy Developing internal communications such as presentations, emails, company newsletters and intranet updates Coordinating marketing initiatives including researching and organising sponsorship and event opportunities Producing promotional materials including liaison with suppliers and printing collateral Ensuring brand guidelines are consistent and adhered to across the business nationally for both internal and external documentation In addition, you will be required to assist and support your team with overflow duties when their workloads are busy.
This will include duties such as corporate content, project case studies, and staff CVs to name a few.

Applicants with a background in corporate communications from industries such as journalism, property, professional services or PR will be highly regarded.
You will possess the following skills:
A tertiary qualification in Communications/Writing or similar A confident writer and proofreader with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control Demonstrated experience in long-form and short-form copy, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and target messages to different audiences An exceptional eye for detail when proofreading and editing Advanced organisational and time management skills High level communication skills and experience working with a diverse stakeholder group, including senior stakeholders and executives The ability to research and source information independently Strong initiative with a proactive and fluid approach to your position What's In It For You As a Communications and Marketing Specialist at RPI, you'll receive:
