About Our Client Our client is a small non-bank mortgage lender renowned for offering bespoke lending solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Job Description Working closely with brokers and borrowers, this role will attend to all matters of credit, including, but not limited to:
Setting up and maintaining current files Liaising with brokers and borrowers about their loans Instructing lawyers on new files Working closely with the investments team to ensure successful mortgage outcomes Drafting mortgage documents Managing administrative staff on the credit side Instructing and reviewing valuations Attending to security documents post-settlement Maintaining compliance requirements Liaising with lawyers in each step of the process The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in credit analysis, preferably within a non-bank lending environment and within the property/mortgage space.
They will be familiar with credit assessments, property lending, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
They will have great attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency, and be able to work within a team environment.
