With a workforce of over 2,000 dedicated professionals, it has an extensive network across multiple continents and is known for its commitment to technology innovation and sustainability.Job DescriptionKnowledge of implementing time and attendance systems, as this is an integral part of this roleDevelop and implement change management strategies and plansIdentify potential risks and devise contingency plansEnsure that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented, and the lasting benefits of change are achievedEngage stakeholders and encourage their buy-inSupport the design, development, delivery, and management of communications regarding change initiativesAssess the impact of change on organisations, using assessments of organisational culture, performance, and readiness for changeManage the portfolio and provide inputs to the priority setting and project approval processProvide coaching and support to project teams and leadsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Change Manager should have:Knowledge of implementing time and attendance systems, as this is an integral part of this roleExperience in project management and knowledge of IT processes is beneficialStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategicallySuperior communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholdersKnowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsWhat's on Offer$800 per dayThe opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and inclusive environment on St. Kilda RoadHybrid work arrangements: 4 days in office/ 1 day at homeA chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals in the Transport & Distribution industryA temporary role with opportunities for growth and development, with a possible extensionAre you ready to drive change and make a difference?
