The Role
Do you want a chance to make a difference working with local South Australian government clients and using your experience in change management?

In this role, you will be responsible for development and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems and structures.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to minimise resistance and enhance organisational readiness for change, delivering measurable improvements in performance and business outcomes.
If you are passionate about enabling organisations to adapt to change and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you
In this role, you will create value by:

Owning Digital Change Initiatives: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and co-develop tailored strategies.
You work with the team to guide them through the change process, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and internal departments.
Your ability to communicate and influence will be critical in driving successful change.
Communications: Deliver communications to key stakeholders throughout the change journey.
Plan communications appropriately and deliver communications throughout the change to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Use your insights to continuously enhance our clients' digital experiences.
About You
Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working in and celebrating as a team.
You respect and care for your colleagues and are curious about others' views and reflect on the impact we have on others.
You have a growth mindset.
You're interested in asking questions to challenge our thinking and love new ideas and trying new things.
You're curious about and able to put yourself in the clients' shoes; you earn and value the trust placed in us.
You're someone who does what you say you'll do, and you do the right thing when no-one is looking, and you call it when you feel something isn't quite right.
Technically, you will bring to the position:

Experience in Delivering Change Initiatives: Demonstrated experience in delivering end to end change management initiatives through large scale transformations.
Experience in Communications: Demonstrated experience in delivering communications across an organisation to a range of stakeholder groups.
Experience in Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience in engaging key stakeholders throughout the change journey.
To support the above, you will also bring strong analytical and critical thinking, problem solving skills, client relationship building and management, as well as skills in facilitation and workshopping.
If you are passionate about delivering change management and workforce initiatives to support organisations as they navigate broader change and transformation, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Scyne Advisory.

If it works for them, their teams, and their clients, it works for us.
Additional leave: Includes Birthday leave, First Nations Cultural Leave, Floating Public Holidays, Leave+ (purchased leave up to 12 weeks), Study Leave, Volunteering Leave, and more
Smart Device reimbursement: Working flexibly means accessing the information you need on the go.
