$135k - $145k + Super + Great WFH optionsRandstad are pleased to be partnering with a well-known organisation based in Brisbane's CBD who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their finance team.What's on offer:Leadership role with 9 direct reports who possess impressive tenures in their rolesReport directly into the Head of Financial Control who is a firm believer in flexibility and work/life balanceBrisbane CBD role with easy access to public transport or parking options available for $22 per dayHybrid role - 50/50 WFH flexibilityCompetitive salary packageAbout the role:Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, the Payroll Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day payroll operations along with the leadership of the payroll team. Your key duties will include:Supervise and mentor team membersResponsible for leading the day-to-day work activities for the teamFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employeesPrepare and submit payroll-related reports as requiredImplement and maintain internal controls related to processesConduct periodic audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and complianceAbout you:10+ years of experience in payroll along with solid and demonstrated experience in managing a teamExceptional stakeholder engagement and highly developed leadership skillsExperience using large software systemsAdaptability during periods of organisational changeFull and unlimited Australian working rightsTo be considered for this position please hit 'Apply' or contact us with any questions.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
