Job DescriptionJoin our team as our Guest Experience Allrounder and build your career with Accor
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Conduct a daily review of all incoming VIP reservations to create the arrivals report, ensuring accurate information is communicated to all relevant departments.Manage loyalty operations for the property.Coordinate service delivery of all special time-based accommodation packages.Collaborate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure timely placement of amenities, room readiness and guest requests.Assist the Front Office Manager to develop and review departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.QualificationsThe successful applicant will ideally have: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in using software tools is desired, including Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and Accor Platforms.Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with loyalty programs and guest relations is a plus.Teamwork is vital to success in this role.Additional InformationYour team and working environment: Novotel Canberra is a diverse team working together to deliver for our guests and team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
