What this opportunity involves: JLL QLD PDS – "Building Your Career" Program. We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at JLL.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in project management within the construction and real estate industry.
You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a buddy and rotate through our Projects & Development Services (PDS) team to develop your project skills across varying methodologies including client-side project management, managing contractor and building services.
You will start with three rotations within QLD PDS team over 18 months which include a small reflection presentation from the graduate regarding sustainability, inclusion, and innovation learnings.
These rotations are the baseline of the beginning of a diverse and rewarding career with JLL amongst expert Project Managers.

Snapshot of the role: Assist in managing 5-8 projects at various stagesSupport the production of project deliverables, including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, and Anticipated Cost ReportsHelp maintain project budgets and schedulesContribute to risk management and contract administrationAssist in tender preparation and vendor managementParticipate in project meetings and draft minutesSupport health, safety, and environmental complianceRequirements: Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft ProjectBasic understanding of construction project management processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat you can expect from us: Opportunity to work on diverse projects across different sectorsMentorship from experienced project managersExposure to various project delivery methodsCareer development and growth opportunities within JLLAs an organisation, we embrace and celebrate diversity, proactively supporting the needs that difference brings.
