Payroll Specialist

The Role: 12-month FTC Melbourne CBD location Must have experience in iChris / Chris21 Hybrid working available End to end payroll processing Payroll system implementation Key Responsibilities: Ensure that payroll is processed accurately on a fortnightly basis Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Managing the data entry, processing and checking of payroll information Prepare and submit both monthly and annual payroll tax payments Overseeing End of Year processing and reconciliation tasks Prepare and submit Annual and Monthly PAYG, Payroll tax, Workcover reconciliations Superannuation calculations and timely reconciliation and remittance of funds Process Termination and provide redundancy calculations Coordinate with HR operations and Business partners Run reports and send them to relevant stakeholders Address and resolve data inconsistencies Key Requirements: Must have experience in end to end payroll processing in multiple states Understanding of different payroll awards Experience in Chris21/iChris mandatory Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If this sounds like you, please APPLY immediately via Seek or email Rosa at ****** .
