Cleaning Supervisor

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Location: AFP Canberra
Full Time Permanent Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Hourly rate $28.87

The Position:
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results.
Be able to liaise with the client & resolve any maintenance issues on site.
Must have basic computer skills - Microsoft suite plus willing to learn client hotel booking system.
To commit to the rostered hours/days required for this position.
The Person:
Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities supervisor role.
All applicants must be an Australian Citizen & provide proof.
National Police Clearance within 12 months.
Able to undertake random Drug & Alcohol Tests.
Willing to apply for an AFP Baseline pass inclusive of criminal history disclosure.
