The Opportunity Join our dynamic IT Infrastructure and Service Desk Team as an IT Support Engineer - Level 1.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional support to our internal users approximately 600 staff while assisting with a wide range of corporate systems.
As a hosting-led company, we pride ourselves on utilizing modern technologies.
This is a full-time role working in a hybrid environment 4 days at our Sydney's CBD office and 1 day working from home.
You'll have the chance to grow and build a long-term career at Macquarie Technology Group.
You will embark on a two-year program designed to guide you through various career pathways in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.
We are seeking a passionate Support Engineer who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, thrives on daily interactions with users, and is committed to resolving technical issues.
You will take ownership of support requests and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
This position is perfect for an early-career IT professional who is tech-driven and eager to exceed customer expectations.
