Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join their growing IT team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing first-line technical support to end-users across the organization.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operation.
Configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person support.
Documenting and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all IT assets are properly tracked.
Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of IT processes.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a desktop support role.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Proficiency with troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with users.
A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
