Job Title: Full-Time Entry-Level Sales Consultant
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 base salary + $30,000 commission

Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in a timely and professional manner.
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products or services
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience
Update and maintain customer records in the database
Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
Follow company policies and procedures to manage customer interactions effectively
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and empathy
