A bit about your role As the Executive Manager, you will inspire and guide the Customer Marketing team.
You will craft and execute innovative, customer-focused marketing strategies.
These strategies will aim to drive growth, retention, and brand loyalty.
You will maintain a strong focus on delivering measurable commercial impact, this includes creating an integrated 12–18-month marketing campaign strategy.
The strategy will align with enterprise priorities and product roadmaps for residential and business markets.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you work closely enterprise-wide to align marketing efforts and budgets across multiple tiers.
You will champion a forward-thinking, digital-first approach to fully integrate communications that amplify the success of nbn's brand, product, and customer value propositions.
Additionally, you'll lead capability building within the Customer Marketing team, with a focus on embedding innovation and digital excellence.
Your leadership will help shape a high-performing; customer-driven organisation poised to deliver tangible business outcomes.
A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you, it's likely that you will be a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience across product, sales, Customer Experience (CX), commercial marketing, and brand in complex, dynamic environments.
Your expertise in designing and executing B2C strategies has delivered measurable commercial results.
With a collaborative mindset, you have successfully driven cross-functional initiatives and fostered relationships with large organisations or brands.
You thrive in ambiguity, possess outstanding commercial acumen, and have a proven track record in operational planning and marketing ROI optimisation.
Your exceptional influencing and communication skills allow you to align diverse stakeholders and build enterprise-wide buy-in for strategic projects.
With a strong drive for results, you are seamlessly able to manage complex planning cycles, budgets, and performance metrics.
