About the company Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with this leading Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment Group in their search for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their fun, high-performing and fast-paced Marketing team.
The Marketing Manager has a fundamental role to play in the ongoing marketing and promotion of their 4 key venues.
Playing a pivotal role in maximising the customer experience across all brands and venues, this role will be responsible for developing and executing end to end marketing campaigns to hit key commercial targets.
Role Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will look after the full marketing mix and annual marketing and promotional calendar.
This is a generalist Marketing Manager opportunity for someone who thrives wearing different hats and enjoys the variety of the role.
Complete ownership of all channels including both ATL and BTL including their websites, social media, events, customer database and all in-venue marketing and promotions.Lead and mentor a Marketing Executive showing best in class and leading by example.Tracking and managing campaign activity with a test and learn methodology to measure campaign effectiveness both what works and what does not work so you can tweak campaigns going forward.Skills And Experience 7-10 years marketing experience ideally coming from the sports, hospitality/venues and entertainment space.A strong understanding of marketing metrics.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (desirable).Strong experience in managing campaign End to End, from Campaign Ideation and execution, through to post campaign analysis and optimisation.Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Driver's licence and car (must be mobile for occasional travel between venues).How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
