Full time opportunity based in their offices in Sutherland Shire, NSW.
Develop and implement growth strategies that encompass brand positioning, omnichannel communications, and impactful campaigns.Take charge of revenue targets, market share expansion, and marketing ROI.
You'll monitor key metrics such as lead-to-customer conversion rates and media engagement.Plan and execute promotional campaigns for corporate initiatives, including product launches.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives, delivering comprehensive 360-degree activities that drive sales.Spearhead the development of creative content that resonates with our target audience and drives purchasing decisions.Cultivate high-quality leads for the sales team, ensuring a robust pipeline for conversion.Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.Analyze customer base, develop personas, and create compelling communications and content that engage and delight.Generate innovative ideas for promotional events and efficiently organise industry trade shows, displays, and social gatherings.Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction in all activities, ensuring professional communication and demeanor.Monitor campaign progress, measure success, and assess ROI and key performance indicators.Produce high-quality content for online presence and manage the design and distribution of company publications.Serve as the face of the organization to external stakeholders, media, and potential clients while building strategic partnerships.Keep a pulse on customer feedback and communications to continually refine strategies.About you:Exceptional Communication: Clearly articulate ideas through thorough written and verbal communication.Proven Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success as a Brand or Marketing Manager with a solid understanding of marketing principles.Web Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and methodologies is preferredProject Management Proficiency: Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and communicating brand and marketing strategies effectively.Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations and create compelling content.Self-Starter: Proactive and capable of working independently, taking the initiative to drive projects forward.Market Research Acumen: Experience in identifying target audiences and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns.Analytical and Creative: Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset, allowing for data-driven decision-making.Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.A degree in marketing or a related field is essential.Be a part of a progressive business that's not just leading the industry but also innovating it
