Marketing Manager

As the EHPlabs Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and continuing to build the brand narrative of EHPlabs.
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing (performance) and our CEO (brand), the role requires an experienced marketer to set the strategic branding and marketing direction and follow it through to execution in collaboration with the in-house design team, content production team, and various marketing channel specialists to ensure that the EHPlabs brand is in accordance with the strategic plan.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all brand marketing channels, including social media, events, PR and other digital channels in order to increase brand awareness, affinity and commercial successDevelop and implement brand strategy and guidelines across all content creation and marketing distribution channels, such as social media, athletes, affiliates/ambassadors, EDM, digital, and eventsLead the implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns globallyDrive community marketing strategy through engaging, value-adding campaigns and content with main focus on brand building, community nurturing and working with Sales Directors to ensure commercial growthLead the digital and experiential brand marketing process with a clear focus on engagement, relevance, brand affinity and awareness, with a flow-on effect on traffic and conversionAssist in new product development, innovation and research from the brand marketing perspectiveLead and manage a small teamManage and track global and local campaign budgets About YouRelevant marketing qualificationsYou're a creative and dynamic thinker with a great attitudeStrong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior, as well as brand building through storytellingExperience leading strategy and execution in digital, social and sponsorship channelsExperience leveraging data and insights to plan campaignsFiscal management skillsLove working in a highly collaborative environmentHave a passion for health and wellnessExperience leading, developing and encouraging a team Why Work for Us?Hybrid office/WFH modelCorporate Gym MembershipFun, supportive family cultureCompetitive salaryDiscounted supplementsDid we mention office dogs?
