Marketing Manager – Insurance & Financial Services About Us iExtend offers a unique alternative for life insurance policyholders considering cancelling or reducing their cover.
For various personal reasons, policyholders who have invested in life insurance over many years may decide to end their coverage.
To support advisers and their clients, iExtend provides a co-ownership model for Life insurance policies, enabling policyholders to cease premium payments while retaining a portion of the claim benefits.
Under this model, iExtend assumes responsibility for all future premiums on the co-owned Life cover and shares the claim proceeds with the beneficiaries, or estate.
The proportion of shared claim proceeds is pre-agreed and depends on the duration of the Arrangement.
Our mission is to help Australians preserve the value of their Life insurance asset.
The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and implement our marketing strategy.
In this pivotal role, you will shape our brand presence and drive business growth across Australia.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that blend digital innovation with traditional approaches.
Working collaboratively with a dedicated team, you will oversee the management of our website, social media platforms, and create engaging, impactful content that resonates with our customers.
This role is for a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and a track record of delivering measurable results
Key responsibilities: Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies, aligning with business objectives, and optimising campaign performance.Brand Management: Act as brand custodian, ensuring all materials align with guidelines, tone, and identity.Content Creation: Manage content across print, digital, social media, and email platforms, crafting impactful messaging.Digital & Automation: Oversee website management, create automated B2B email/SMS journeys, and leverage digital trends.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, and external vendors to create collateral and enhance customer experience.Budget & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and provide performance reports to internal stakeholders.Market Insights: Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.Event & PR: Lead go-to-market strategies, events, PR activations, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand presence.Team Leadership: Inspire and manage internal and external teams to deliver innovative, results-driven marketing solutions.Performance Optimisation: Evaluate campaign effectiveness to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.About You: Experience & Expertise:5+ years in marketing management or a related role, ideally in insurance, financial services, or multi-site operations.Proven success in developing and executing impactful campaigns, with expertise in PR, influencer marketing, and content creation.Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation, and online marketing tools.Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Email marketing and IT-skills (willing to learn).Exceptional organisational, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong analytical abilities to optimise ROI and improve campaigns.Experienced in budget management, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership.Creative with attention to detail, including experience with design software (preferred).Attributes:Customer-focused, results-oriented, and data-driven.Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects.Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Willing to travel as needed.Why Join Us?
