My Dental Team is one of New South Wales fastest-growing dental and orthodontic groups.
With 7 locations, 100 staff and 30 clinicians, our practices are responsible for the smiles of close to 50,000 people across our state.
We are a patient-centric business, who strongly believe that we form integral parts of the communities we serve.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated marketing manager to lead and manage the marketing efforts of our growing orthodontic/dental practice group.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition and promote patient retention.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with our leadership, clinical teams, and external partners to drive the practice group's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimise comprehensive marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.Coordinate the creation of marketing plans for the practice's multiple locations, including digital, print, and community outreach efforts.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.Manage the practice's digital marketing partner agencies across SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.Manage the practice's email marketing and website content management.Optimise the practice's website for user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and HubSpot CRM to drive new patient bookings.Oversee online reputation management, including responding to patient reviews and maintaining a positive online presence across platforms like Google My Business and social media.Brand ManagementEnsure the consistent representation of the practice's brands across all channels.Work with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional content that align with the brand guidelines.Promote the practice's unique value propositions, specialties, and services effectively.Community Engagement & NetworkingDevelop relationships with local businesses (particularly referring dental practices), organizations, and schools to increase community involvement and awareness of the practice.Coordinate and participate in local health fairs, sponsorships, and events to promote the practice's services.Create referral programs and partnerships to encourage current patients to refer new clients.Develop and manage loyalty programs, patient newsletters, and special promotions to engage and retain existing patients.Work with the front-office team to create patient satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service offerings.Implement email campaigns and social media posts to maintain ongoing communication with patients and foster loyalty.Help co-ordinate CRM (HubSpot) campaigns to help drive value recognition and service offering to our patients.Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.Analyse patient demographics, preferences, and behaviours to guide future marketing campaigns.Evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives.Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of the marketing budget.Work closely with the practice's leadership team, including office managers and dentists, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Train and support staff in marketing initiatives, ensuring they understand and promote the practice's marketing messages effectively.Collaborate with external agencies, graphic designers, and contractors/virtual assistants when necessary.Required Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, beauty or dental industry.Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems (particularly HubSpot), and other marketing software.Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a marketing manager?How many years' experience do you have in social media marketing?Have you worked in a role where you were responsible for budget management & forecasting?Do you have experience with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?How many years of people management experience do you have?How many years of project management experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary?#J-18808-Ljbffr
