As a key part of the Head Office marketing team, based at Erskine Park, you will help inspire our customers new and existing, to improve their home and garden.About the RoleWe are searching for an innovative and experienced Marketing Manager.
This role will allow you to utilise your broad skill set to manage the team of 10 dedicated professionals to achieve the multifaceted output needed for this highly successful and market leading company.At Flower Power we are proud of being self-sufficient, managing all aspects of marketing including social media, design, digital marketing, print & radio, photography and print shop all in house.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategic marketing plan to help enhance the overall media and marketing exposure to our customers.Oversee the continued growth and improvement of all aspects of marketing.Provide detailed briefs to our CEO.Ensure all marketing messaging is consistent with established brand values.Manage the marketing budget including forecasting annual spend.Keep the Executive Team up to speed with the strategic marketing direction of the Company.Work with the Loyalty and Trade Manager to help develop direction & campaigns.The successful candidate will haveMinimum 5 years senior marketing experience in a retail environment.People management and development skills – "you don't need to do everything, but you need to ensure everything gets done."A "big picture" outlook with a strategic vision.Confidence to make changes to the marketing direction to achieve our goals – be proactive.Be aware of retail trends and industry developments.Multi-faceted financial and budget management.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer experience.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.A love for gardening and home décor will help you excel in this role.A generous salary package and company equity share opportunity is on offer for the right candidate.Flower Power is an equal opportunity employer.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a marketing manager?Have you worked in a role where you were responsible for budget management & forecasting?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have experience with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?How many years of project management experience do you have?Given our location at Erskine Park a motor vehicle is preferred.
