Graphic Designer is a creative professional who is responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
Graphic Designers develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
They work closely with clients and creative directors to understand the design brief and ensure that the visual communication meets the client's requirements.
Graphic Designers should have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
They should be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and have a portfolio of work to showcase their skills.
A degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
Graphic Design job description We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing and creating visual concepts that will communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our customers.
In this position, you will be working on a variety of products, including websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.
You will collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create visually appealing designs that will increase brand awareness and attract customers.
Graphic Design duties and responsibilities Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions Perform retouching and manipulation of images Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to complete projects
