DESCRIPTION
We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join us full-time, working out of Perth for our central London studio.
Got 1-5 years of experience (agency life, perhaps?
), a killer portfolio, and a hunger for creativity?
Then you might be the perfect fit
We're looking for someone who's ready to take design beyond the ordinary and bring new energy to how we communicate research insights.
In this role, you'll flex your design muscles across a variety of creative outputs—everything from short videos, infographics, and white papers to beautifully designed PowerPoint reports.
We're not just looking for someone to 'tick the boxes'—we want a creative mind who's excited to experiment, push boundaries, and create work that truly stands out.
If you've got skills in Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint, we're already excited.
Animation skills are a major bonus.
Extra talents (illustration, web design, running ad campaigns)?
We want to see it all
You'll work closely with Nick , our Head of Design, who's also based in Perth.
But you won't just be siloed into the design team.
You'll collaborate with researchers, strategists, and marketers to help us win pitches and deliver award-winning work for some of the world's biggest brands.

Have a keen eye for design and a passion for pushing creative boundaries Love working on a variety of projects and staying organized Can balance creative flair with precision and detail Strong understanding of layout and balance The ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects Proficiency in the main Adobe Creative Suite applications: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; as well as Premiere Pro Are curious, positive, and ready to try new things—whether it's software or a totally new design approach Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and love to muck in where you're needed WHAT WE OFFER
