This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants.
We have established strong partnerships with Australia's leading transmission network providers, suppliers of wind, gas, and diesel generation equipment, as well as prominent mining companies.
The Role: Senior position in the RJE commissioning team.
Level #3 Technicians will play a vital role in project commissioning, focusing on primary, secondary, and communication systems.
They will contribute to circuit design, power systems analysis, and relay programming.
Responsibilities will be centred around mentorship, technical support, HV protection, primary plant operation, PLC/SCADA support, and safety.
Minimum Requirements: Extensive commissioning experience with both Primary and secondary systems.Extensive experience with OMICRON test equipment and software.Testing and commissioning experience with high voltage primary plant and secondary systems (Minimum 10 years full time)Unrestricted driver's licenseConstruction Industry White CardAdvantageous: HV switching experience.We offer a collaborative team environment both within and outside of the workplace.
We provide an attractive remuneration package paid on a weekly basis, which includes paid overtime with penalties, along with additional project-specific allowances and compensation for work away from home.
We are open to discussing and negotiating individual flexibility remuneration arrangements.
