The Role This is the perfect opportunity for an up-and-coming Operations Manager to learn from a team of passionate hospitality professionals as well as be a part of one of Merivale's most iconic locations.

In a nutshell, you will need to Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience.
This incredible venue will feel warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement, underpinned by knowledgeable, professional execution.Lead & Coach a diverse team of people, ensuring that team culture is guest-focused, community-led, and sales-driven.Demonstrate competency to drive the financial results of the department.
Be sales-focused, create, and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives.
Show proven results in management of financial controls.Have a passion for product.
