Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests' challenges.Some of the responsibilities include:Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reportsProvide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient mannerComplete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash.Audit Food & Beverage cashiers work and correct discrepancies.Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysSimilar role experience highly regardedKnowledge of Opera is desirable.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
