The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Inventory Manager to join our world-class facility, servicing one of Global CTDI's most esteemed customers.
Based in Kemps Creek NSW, the Senior Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management strategies, processes, and systems to optimise inventory levels, minimise costs, and ensure product availability.
You will lead a team of inventory specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
This is an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a formal inventory control program in our distribution centers.
Execute formalised inventory procedures.
Generate detailed cycle counts in order to provide measurable inventory results.
Create inventory reports for both internal and external use.
Assist in the optimisation of logistics processes.
Identify, prioritise, develop, and implement complex cross-functional inventory control processes.
Improvement projects that include forward-thinking on project introduction/development/implementation.
Communicate with various levels of CTDI Corporate management and customers to ensure customer expectations are met, and issues are resolved to include all service level commitments.
Develop and implement strategies to simplify processes, improve accuracy, and improve operating efficiency.
Perform audits to ensure compliance with all processes and to measure effectiveness.
Manage and provide appropriate direction and support to team members to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control systems and procedures.
Develop and support staff in departmental procedures and expectations.
Support and ensure compliance with CTDI's safety program and initiatives as well as applicable OHS legislation.
Required Skills:
Excellent leadership ability.
Strong strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook), database systems, report preparation, and data analysis.
Coaching and employee development skills and experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees.
Proactive problem-solving ability.
Strong analytical, organisational, and follow-up skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor or Master Degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, or a similar financial-based field.
5+ years of inventory management experience, including: Oversight of inventories in high-volume operations.
High SKU mix inventories.
Establishing effective audit procedures.
Establishing effective cycle counting procedures.
Developing both detailed as well as executive-level reports.
Experience with overseeing and managing Physical Inventories.
Analytical skills to reconcile system to system inventories.
