Job DescriptionHow you'll be making an impact in people's lives: Working within various insurance schemes, including Motor Accident Schemes, Worker's Compensation and DVAAssisting and shadowing the rehab consulting team undertaking Worksite, Functional, Ergonomic, Equipment and Home ADL AssessmentsReport writing and other administrative tasksDesigning, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees return to the workforceLiaising with clients, medical practitioners, insurers and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesProviding Ad Hoc Support to a multi-disciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants to assist clients in recovering from injuryQualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role: Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, with the ability to obtain AHPRA registration as an OT upon graduation in 2024 or early 2025Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is essential)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetermination to consistently provide a high level of customer serviceA keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your timeAdditional InformationWhat we offer you: Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning teamMultiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from withinExcellent graduate salary, with 6-month review and salary increase based on performanceRegistration with AHPRA reimbursedRelocation AssistanceRental AssistanceJoining bonusPaid leave to travel to graduation ceremonyProfessional development allowanceAdditional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much moreAt WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
