We are looking for passionate graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our 1-year Graduate Program.
You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to a holistic care approach for our wonderful clients.
You'll be mentored by experienced clinicians, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, at client's homes, schools and via telehealth.
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will...Help children achieve their development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to help play, school or independent skills (e.g.
throwing a ball, getting dressed, holding a pencil or utensil)Educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate the development and learning of childrenHelp children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks (such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth and feeding themselves)Help children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments (e.g.

You'll need:Hold a degree in Occupational TherapyBe eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduatingHave graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025Hold a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insuranceHold a valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtainHold a current Police Check, or willing to obtainHold a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willing to obtainHold a First Aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtainAbout Early Start AustraliaEarly Start Australia is working towards a brighter future for all Australians.
